SMS mended a sash cord and replaced a broken pane of glass of a victorian sash window to a good standard. They were quick, efficient, friendly and trustworthy. They mainly cleaned up after themselves and any bits left (old paint/wood chips which had to be scraped off the window in order to prime it) were easily hoovered.
