SMS replaced all our windows in our 1896 Victorian house. A few years ago we had all windows replaced by someone else and they were just awful. We hired SMS to replace them and it was the best job ever. They replaced 16 sash windows and one very large kitchen window, all with wooden frames. SM Sashes mended a sash cord and replaced a broken pane of glass of a victorian sash window to a good standard. They were quick, efficient, friendly and trustworthy. They mainly cleaned up after themselves and any bits left (old paint/wood chips which had to be scraped off the window in order to prime it) were easily hoovered. We would use them again or recommend them.
